What making an account changes
One thing: your devices stay in step. Everything else carries on as it was.
Registering does not restart anything. What you already logged comes with you, and the app works the way it did before.
What it turns on
- Your records stay in step across your devices
- Shared wallets become possible, since two phones need something in the middle
- A copy of your records is kept on the server so both devices can agree
What it does not do
- It does not connect a bank
- It does not import anything from anywhere
- It does not make your records readable to anyone else
Cloud sync and shared wallets are Premium. Making an account is free, and the free plan carries on working the way it did.
